My story

I bought my first rental property at 21, got my real estate license, and earned national recognition as a top sales associate in the Century 21 system.

In 2011 I founded Nationwide Real Estate Executives and grew it to about 1,000 agents over the next decade, closing more than 8,000 transactions and over $4 billion in sales. In 2023 we brought Nationwide into eXp Realty, one of the largest moves in its history, and in 2024 eXp recognized me as No. 2 in the world for agent attraction.

Along the way I built NPS Management into a billion-dollar multifamily portfolio of more than 2,200 doors across Long Beach and Southern California.

Today I lead the Nickle Team at eXp and coach agents and operators. I taught myself HTML and CSS building websites at 8, fell for beautiful technology, and never stopped. I still build the software I run on, including Rig and REALicense. I also got up to nearly 300 pounds before I rebuilt my body, which is where my health system came from.
